As of October 1, 2004, the maker of Internet Call Manager (ICM) discontinued its ICM service available from www.stopmissingcalls.com and your account has been closed. Billing was discontinued as of September 1, 2004. As previously announced, we are now working with AOL to bring you the next generation in internet call management solutions: Call Alert. If you have not already done so, you should uninstall the ICM software. Also, if you were asked to contact your telephone company to order any call forwarding features when you originally signed up for the ICM service, you will need to contact them now to cancel the features.
